Titan Home Security is looking for a service technician
This position will aid existing customers to get their security/smart home system back to full operation. This is a relatively easy job with most of the work being time management and punctuality. Service tickets can range from simple battery replacement, getting wireless cameras back online due to network change, replacing wireless door contact due to fault, etc. Tickets will be issued Monday - Friday 8-5pm with at least a day's notice on each service. Technician is to be prompt on the service, however if no service is scheduled is not required to be anywhere. Example, if the last service finishes at 2pm, technician can go home and is done for the day.
Technician will be required to use personal vehicle, however will be given fuel reimbursement on each service performed. Titan covers the Nashville metro, which is Clarksville through Murfreesboro, with most services within the heart of the city. Technician will be paid weekly on each service performed the previous week. Expected average of services is 10-15 a week. Each service takes about an hour with travel.
This is a fairly easy service technician job, so if the applicant doesn't have exact experience but is quick to learn, it will only take about a week to train. Please be tech-savvy however. The position will heavily leverage the use of common sense.
