The Business Analyst / Senior-Level will be part of the team in Nashville, TN
. In this role you will be responsible for providing data services and data analysis of clinical data as part of Registry Abstraction Services. The Registry Abstraction Services team is undergoing a project in which they are centralizing all the Abstractions across HCA. This position has a heavy focus on SQL and clinical knowledge. SQL – you will be responsible for finding source of data to populate our application and validate that data against preexisting data.

Clinical knowledge – you will be responsible for interpreting functionally, what the business need is, and how the data around that is available in GCP sources its working with.

• Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.
• Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

• 7-10+ years of Data Analysis experience
• 7-10+ years of SQL experience
• Healthcare industry experience and clinical knowledge.
• Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 6-8 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
