The Fontanel Estate & Mansion is one of Nashville’s most iconic properties — formerly the historic home of country music legend Barbara Mandrell and now a premier destination for luxury weddings, corporate events, social gatherings, hospitality experiences, and special events.

As we continue expanding operations and guest experiences, we are investing heavily in AI-driven systems, automations, and intelligent workflows to modernize operations, improve efficiency, and create an elevated customer experience across events, hospitality, marketing, and internal operations.

We are seeking an innovative and tech-forward AI Automation & Agentics Intern to help build and implement practical AI solutions throughout the organization.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to work directly with leadership on real-world AI implementation projects inside a fast-paced hospitality and events environment.
