This position is responsible for promoting the company’s products by initiating and creating good working relationships with customers and our suppliers.

• Meets trucks & restock customer shelves and displays
• Maintain Southern Glazer’s Beverage Company products at store locations
• Execute sales representative’s display requests (bookings) on a timely basis
• Properly account for work done i.e. cases, pricing, date etc. by using company display software and integrated digital camera
• Assist with new chain store openings and chain store shelf resets
• Utilize various equipment such as a pallet jack, two‑wheeled hand truck, U‑boat, case cutter, and price gun
• Build and maintain good rapport working with retail owners, managers, and clerks while keeping a professional attitude toward assignments

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent is required.

Must have previous sales experience.

Previous knowledge of the alcohol industry (bartender, wait staff, liquor store) a plus.

Candidates must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license, with a satisfactory driving record.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize within a multi‑tasking environment; ability to work calmly under pressure with strong communication skills is a must.

All candidates must demonstrate a basic level of proficiency within Microsoft Office applications.

This role requires lifting and carrying of a 50+ pound case of product as well as pushing/pulling in excess of 200+ pounds utilizing a two‑wheel hand truck or U‑boat on a regular basis and could require the individual to lift, carry, and climb ladders. Repeatedly bend, reach, walk, and twist while handling product weighing 5 pounds to 55 pounds during a normal workday.

This role requires extensive travel throughout assigned territory; at times in extreme weather conditions.

Southern Glazer’s offers a competitive compensation package with a starting hourly pay between $22.00 to $30.00/hour including bonus incentives. The hourly range is an average pay range for this position.
