Job Description – Test Manager (Banking Technology) – Open Talent Pool

Role Overview
We are building an  open talent pool for experienced Test Managers  with strong expertise across  Banking Technology (QA & Testing) . This opportunity is ideal for professionals who have led  testing programs across one or more banking domains  and are looking to be considered for  current and upcoming leadership roles .
This is a  generic hiring initiative , and candidates with experience across  any banking testing landscape  are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end  test strategy, planning, execution, and delivery
Manage  QA programs across diverse banking domains and platforms
Drive  test automation initiatives  with a focus on scalability and ROI
Ensure strong  governance, reporting, and quality metrics tracking
Collaborate with business, product, and technology stakeholders
Oversee  defect management and test lifecycle tools (e.g., JIRA)
Drive delivery in  Agile / hybrid environments
Build, mentor, and manage  high-performing testing teams

Eligibility Criteria
12+ years of experience in QA / Testing (Functional + Automation)
Strong experience in  Test Management / QA Leadership roles
Proven exposure to  Banking Domain (any of the below) :
Core Banking
Digital / Internet Banking
Payments & Cards
Corporate Banking / Cash Management
Trade Finance / Treasury
Wealth Management
Experience in  test automation strategy and execution
Hands-on exposure to  test management tools (JIRA or similar)
Strong  stakeholder management, communication, and governance skills
Experience working in  Agile environments preferred
