Vehicle Maintenance Technician

This is a rotating shift role designed to offer structure and variety:

• Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 06:00–15:00
• Back Shift: Monday–Friday, 13:00–22:00
• Overtime: Saturday mornings, 06:00–12:00
• On‑Call Rota: 1 week in every 3 (paid additionally)

• Base Salary: £43,108 per year
• First‑Year Earning Potential: up to £54,000

You’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing a fleet of vehicles to the highest safety and operational standards. Your work will play a vital role in supporting daily operations, particularly during peak periods, ensuring vehicles are compliant, roadworthy, and ready when they’re needed most.

• Qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or strong proven industry experience
• Solid understanding of vehicle systems, trailers, plant, and workshop equipment
• Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
• A reliable team player with good communication and organisation skills

• HGV Class C licence
