Sun Systems Team Lead | NO VISA SPONSORSHIP | Remote | Permanent Employment.

We’re looking for an experienced Sun Systems Team Lead to manage a team of consultants and oversee the delivery of finance system solutions across multiple clients. This is a hybrid role combining leadership, project delivery, and hands‑on consulting — perfect for someone with strong Sun Systems expertise and a passion for driving excellence in client delivery.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance systems consultants.
• Oversee project delivery and post‑implementation support across multiple clients.
• Act as primary point of contact for client escalations and vendor engagement.
• Support project managers in planning, resourcing, and risk management.
• Deliver hands‑on consulting on Sun Systems implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Drive process improvements, governance, and quality across delivery teams.

• Minimum 3 years’
  Sun Systems experience (end‑user or consultancy background).
• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Proven track record delivering finance system implementations (on‑premise or SaaS).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project
  .
• Self‑starter with the ability to work in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required.
