WF2 (Office‑Based)

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

Base Salary: £28,000 – £33,000 per annum

Commission: £3,000 – £4,000 annually

As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for selling PPM (Pre‑Planned Maintenance) contracts, as well as a range of industrial products and services. This is a full 360 sales role where you will manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through to closing deals.

• Proactively contact a database of 400 large, up‑to‑date clients
• Re‑engage and convert previous spending customers
• Generate new business through cold calling and outreach
• Sell maintenance contracts, services, and related solutions
• Build relationships with clients across industrial sectors:
  • Manufacturing
  • Warehousing & logistics
  • Retail & wholesale
• Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and drawings
• Manage activity and pipeline through CRM system
• Report directly to Managing Director

• Proven B2B 360 sales experience
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Confidence in cold calling and business development
• Highly self‑motivated and proactive

• Background in engineering, industrial, construction, or service‑based industries

• Competitive base salary (£28k–£33k)
