ROLE DESCRIPTION

As an Account Representative for Jeff Markworth–State Farm, you’ll play a direct role in helping customers protect what matters most. In this sales-focused position, you’ll build strong relationships, understand customers’ needs, and proactively offer the right State Farm products and services, while partnering with our team to ensure every client receives exceptional service.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Be the resource for customers, explaining insurance options in a clear, confident way and helping them choose coverage that fits their needs.
  • Guide customers through new policy applications and renewals, making the process smooth and efficient.
  • Respond to customer questions with speed and professionalism, ensuring every interaction leaves them feeling supported.
  • Keep detailed, accurate records of customer interactions and policy activity to ensure nothing is missed and service remains consistent.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable building rapport and having confident, helpful conversations.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and stay organized.
  • Customer service and/or sales experience is preferred (but we’re also open to motivated candidates with the right attitude and coachability).
