As a Bingo Attendant, you are essential to delivering a positive and enjoyable Bingo experience. In this role, you'll sell Bingo cards, call games, verify wins, and process payouts. You'll also provide clear instructions and friendly support to players, helping ensure every guest feels welcomed and informed.
- Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture.
- Sell Bingo cards and mobile units to guests and accurately handle transactions using a point‑of‑sale system.
- Operate Bingo equipment, clearly announce numbers as drawn, and verify winning cards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the Bingo room, including trash removal and proper return of mobile units.
- Assist players with questions regarding game rules in a helpful and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws, company policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 6 months of Bingo, gaming, or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety‑conscious work environment.
- Ability to access and input information using a moderately complex computer system.
- At least 21 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal.
- Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company.
- Verify right to work in the United States.
- Occasionally push/pull, lift and/or carry up to 20lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and chest levels.
- Occasionally squat, kneel, reach, bend and twist.
- Frequently walk, stand, sit, or stoop.
- Regularly communicate using in‑person speech, radios, and telephone.
- Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sounds in person.
- Concentrated attention to detail.
- Constant use of hearing and vision, distinguish between shades of color, and use tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity.
- Ability to ascend and descend stairs, ladders, and scaffolding.
Potential conditions: indoor, smoky, noisy, bright flashing lights, hot and cold temperatures, exposure to dust, fumes and/or gases.
