Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Current, active RN license
• Minimum one year recent CVOR experience
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Strong adaptability to fast-paced, high-acuity operating room environments

Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert perioperative care for cardiovascular surgical patients
• Scrub and circulate for complex open-heart procedures
• Collaborate efficiently with surgical and anesthesia teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Ensure strict adherence to sterile techniques and patient safety protocols
• Provide patient and family support pre- and post-surgery
• Document clinical interventions accurately and in a timely manner
