Training Specialist Jobs in Nevada by City

Skills Needed: 1. Recognised National Higher Diploma in the field of Electrical Engineering with specific knowledge of electrical power systems or other qualifications acceptable to the Company. Holding a training certification such as CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) and experience in a power utility environment is an advantage.

2. Minimum 8 years hand on experience in a utility or similar type environment.

3. Minimum of five (5) years relevant training experience in a similar capacity.

4. Adequate knowledge and experience in modern training techniques and in the designing and expanding of training and development programmes, including producing training materials for in-house courses.

5. Knowledgeable and able to use basic computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, etc. Strong written and communication skills in both English and Malay.

6. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
