Job Description

Responsibilities: Serves as a member of the Integrated Team/Group, Living Environment /Intensive Group Living Environment in building relationships with individuals and develop shared understandings of the individuals’ goals and the steps necessary to achieve the goals. Delivers interventions identified on the Treatment Plan.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED and one year full-time experience in providing direct care service to mentally ill individuals preferred. Preference will be given to multi–lingual candidates who meet the cultural and linguistic needs of the population served.
