Job Requisition
Objective:The Kronos Support role supports the Operations Human Resources functions by assisting with daily HR activities, employee relations, data management, and support of the Kronos Workforce Management system. This role provides hands‑on experience in Operations HR, workforce analytics, and timekeeping systems while contributing to efficient workforce management and compliance.
*** This is a project-based temporary position
MainResponsibilities include:
- Assist with HR activities for operational staff, documentation, and employee records management.
- Serve as a liaison between HR and operations teams.
- Support discipline, grievance, and employee relations matters.
- Help coordinate training and development initiatives.
- Prepare basic HR, payroll, and workforce reports.
- Support the HRBP with onboarding processes for operational roles.
- Maintain accurate HR and timekeeping data in HRIS and Kronos systems.
- Assist with employees’ issues related to clocking, scheduling, leave, and access.
- Validate time records and resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Support compliance with labour laws, company policies, and union agreements.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Management or any related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel - Intermediate)
- Good organizational skills and proactivity
- Great communication skills and teamwork
Minimum experience of 1-2 years in any HR and/or Administration position
