We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to support a high‑impact finance initiative within a global pharmaceutical organization. This role is heavily focused on M&A integration and new vendor onboarding, operating within a dual‑ERP environment. You will play a hands‑on role in ensuring accurate payments, strong vendor compliance, and seamless accounting operations across SAP S/4

HANA and Net Suite, while leading month‑end and year‑end close activities.

This is a delivery‑oriented role requiring strong judgment, cross‑functional coordination, and the ability to manage accounting processes during periods of growth and integration.

• Support post‑merger accounting integration, aligning newly onboarded entities with existing accounting policies, controls, and reporting standards
• Manage vendor and supplier onboarding, ensuring accurate setup, compliance validation, and timely, error‑free payments
• Operate across a dual ERP environment: SAP S/4
  
  HANA for core entities;
  Net Suite for newly onboarded suppliers or acquired entities
• Own month‑end and year‑end close, ensuring accuracy, proper accruals, and cut‑off across multiple systems
• Strengthen internal controls related to vendor master data, payments, and compliance tracking
• Partner with Finance, AP, Procurement, and Compliance teams to resolve issues and improve processes
• Prepare documentation and support internal/external audits as required

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (CPA preferred)
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including managerial responsibilities
• Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA and/or Net Suite in complex environments
• Demonstrated experience supporting M&A integrations and supplier onboarding
• Strong knowledge of month‑end/year‑end close, internal controls, and audit readiness
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

• Pharmaceutical, biotech, or highly regulated industry experience
