Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Staff Engineer (Site/Civil) with at least 2 years of related field experience to support a variety of site/civil, geotechnical, and environmental engineering projects.

This role offers hands-on field work, exposure to design and project coordination, and strong opportunities for professional growth. EIT preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Perform field inspections, soil classification, sampling, and monitoring well oversight

+ Conduct routine geotechnical and environmental testing

+ Assist with design calculations, drafting guidance, and project deliverables

+ Support project scheduling, budgeting, documentation, and reporting

+ Coordinate with internal teams and contribute to technical problem-solving

+ Travel between 25-100% depending on project needs

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

+ 0-3 years of site/civil, geotechnical, or environmental experience

+ EIT preferred; OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER a plus

+

Experience with sitework inspection, foundations, utilities, and concrete/asphalt

+ Familiarity with AutoCAD/Civil 3D and MS Office

+ Valid driver's license; ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

+ Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding field tasks
