Law Firm Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Busy law firm is seeking an experienced, energetic and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to work in a small general practice office in Caldwell, NJ. This is a part time position (3 days a week).

Successful candidates must have excellent client contact skills, an ability to work in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail, an ability to take direction from paraprofessional and lawyers in the office. Duties also include answering phones and handling general office administrative responsibilities including greeting clients, photocopying, scanning, file organization, and scheduling consultations and meetings.

Candidates must be computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Prior law firm experience is preferred.
