Our client, a major Oil and Gas company, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to work on a 1-year assignment (subject to extension) in Jal, NM.
Summary:
Our client, a major Oil & Gas company, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support field operations and foreman activities. This role focuses on administrative coordination, invoice processing, and communication with contractors in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support the foreman with invoice coding, tracking, and processing
- Maintain accurate records and assist with billing and invoicing activities
- Use Excel and MS Office tools to organize data, track progress, and support reporting
- Coordinate and communicate with contractors and field personnel
- Assist with general administrative tasks and documentation
- Ensure timely follow-up and organization of tasks and priorities
- MS excel experience required; MS office suite experience;
- Invoicing/coding experience a plus-- will be supporting the foreman with all of his invoices, etc;
- Ability to support foreman by coding, tracking and processing invoices;
- Willing to learn and good communication skills as they will be coordinating with the contractors and other foreman out in the field;
- Excellent time management and organization skills;
