Procurement Manager - Clean Energy; Anticipated Eunice

We are looking for a Procurement Manager to support a large‑scale construction project. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and leadership experience.

• Generate and send forecasts to vendors to ensure supply chain visibility.
• Keep track of supplier capacity and schedule to meet NPI and mass production needs.
• Work with design teams for BoM and routing validation.
• Develop analytical solutions for data discovery and exploration to improve procurement performance.
• Build advanced analytics models (predictive, prescriptive, machine learning, simulation, and statistical) to solve complex supply‑chain problems and uncover new correlations among variables.
• Develop and visualize analytical outputs using visualization software.
• Turn data into actionable intelligence for organizational use.
• Develop dashboards and tools to enable leadership to make data‑based decisions using key metrics and KPIs.
• Apply statistical analysis techniques such as regression and clustering to generate advanced insights.
• Communicate insights and synthesize conclusions from large, complex datasets.
• Collaborate with IT and Master Data teams to acquire high‑quality data and ensure necessary datasets are available for discovery and modeling.
• Train and support other analysts and super users.
• Drive continuous improvement across supply‑chain tools and processes.
• Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of applicable experience.
• Strong experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Programming experience with SQL, VBA, or Python.
• Prior people management experience.
• Proven track record in procurement and supply‑chain oversight.
• Proficiency in data engineering, including capability to work closely with subject‑matter experts.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to work quickly and accurately.
• Ability to investigate complex issues and conduct root‑cause analysis.
• Passion for developing innovative solutions to abstract business problems.
• Ability to infer realistic business and supply‑chain implications from data and model results.
• Advanced skills with spreadsheets, charts, and presentations.
• Excellent communication skills.
