Job Summary

The Senior Account Director works n conjunction with agency President, Ellis Verdi, and key department heads to support all advertising, marketing and business efforts for assigned account/s and business development. Candidate must be able to lean account/s in a manner that's hands on, strategic, flexible, resilient, and entrepreneurial with a can-do attitude. 

Job Responsibilities:

- Play the lead role in all advertising, marketing and business efforts for an account/s.
- Understand the breath of client needs to write annual Scopes of Work, Negotiate Contracts and Performance Compensation.  
- Build strong partnerships internal and with clients at all levels. Be extremely comfortable expressing points of view, leading clients at the most senior level (c-suite to board members), business consulting firms, other client agency partners and suppliers.  
- Manage and lead teams both client and agency to bring creative and strategic thinking to every media experience. Includes writing and presenting annual communications plans, product strategy documents, competitive analysis and creative briefs.  Lead development and execution of all campaigns identified in clients marketing plans and agencies annual scope of work. As needs change help client adjust plans to meet new request and stay within agency scope.  
- Work shoulder to shoulder with agency creative teams by always providing a constant flow of insights to inspire a broad range of great ideas.  Collaborate, lead and inspire cross-functional teams in an effort to provide great work for clients across all marketing channels.  
- Ensure creative cohesion across channels and delivery on strategy, deadlines and budget management. 
- Guide client qualitative and quantitative research that impacts communication and campaign strategy.  
- Maintain annual client production budgets and be a creative problem solver.  
- Execute day-to-day details with junior level clients and agency staff  
- Establish account specific communication and responsibilities on all projects. 
- Partner with producers to develop production strategy and overall production plan to maximize creativity and efficiency.  
- Provide direction to talent payments and traffic to ensure full media plan is handled successfully.

Position Requirements
Bachelor,   3 to 4 Years work experience
- A strong commitment to agency account management as demonstrated by multiple positions of increasing responsibility and agency tenure. 
- A demonstrated record of managing and growing a long-term account relationship. 
- Genuine passion for extremely hands on involvement in every detail of the account.  
- Strategic, disciplined, an innovative thinker. With a broad understanding of the relationship and impact of traditional, digital media, marketing research, content marketing, social marketing and analytics. 
- Can work in a collaborative environment and thrive in an unstructured entrepreneurial and results-oriented culture. 
- Experience that provides a deep understanding of healthcare industry particularly health systems that include multiple points of access, clinically integrated service lines, physician specialties and insurance coverage.  
- Ability to travel 3-4 times a month.  
- Track record of success in business development both organic growth with existing clients and new business.
