The ideal candidate will join our growing FDA regulatory and life sciences compliance practice, which includes healthcare transactions and litigation/enforcement (fraud and abuse, internal investigations, state licensure, corporate practice of medicine, reimbursement).
Our unique practice necessitates a strong knowledge base in the business and regulatory aspects of health law and familiarity with healthcare delivery systems and associated innovations and technologies (eg. telemedicine) will be helpful. Demonstrated knowledge of health privacy/HIPAA is required.  
Overall interest in a blended FDA regulatory and healthcare litigation practice with a life sciences industry and healthy technology/digital health focus is ideal.

Candidates must have excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills as well as superior academic credentials from an accredited, top tier law school and an active license to practice law.
Strong contract drafting skills as well as solid litigation experience, including conducting witness interviews, performing legal research, writing briefs, drafting pleadings, and preparing and arguing motions is preferred.
