Technical business analyst with a strong understanding of Workday HCM (Human Capital Management). The role requires the analysis of existing Workday architecture including upstream/downstream systems, data feeds, their attributes, requirements and usage and will directly liaise with the Human Resource Operations and Human Resource IT teams to deliver strategic functionally to the Workday system. To be successful in the role the candidate must be hands-on, have an attention to detail, be able to drive change across multiple teams and be comfortable performing complex analysis and detailed documentation (e.g. Business Requirements Documents, test plans, etc.).
