Marsh's North America Operations team is looking forward to welcoming a Change Analyst to the team. In this role, you'll be supporting our Change and Transformation leader in building appropriate change management strategies for our operational excellence change program. These initiatives are aimed at transforming the way we work across our entire value chain: client onboarding, placement, policy servicing and claims. You'll be exposed to the North American leadership team as you will be collaborating with them to understand their businesses and the most effective way for them to lead their colleagues through this change.

In this role, you will be part of a broader Transformation & Change team, comprised of project managers, business analysts and strategy & planning analysts all working in concert to deliver on this transformation program.

In the first 100 days, you'll be expected to seamlessly integrate with the team and get up to speed quickly on the work done to date in preparation for project kickoff.

We will count on you to:

Own the set-up, management and delivery of assigned people change components within projects to the agreed scope, timeline, budget and quality. This includes assisting in the creation and implementation of change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. The Change Analyst will work with the Business Owner, Project Manager and broader project team to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees. These improvements will increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of expected results and outcomes.

While the Change Analyst will not have any supervisory responsibility, this person will have to work through many others in the organization to succeed. The Change Analyst may provide direct support to all levels of managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions.

In this role you will be responsible for:

Partnering in the successful delivery of people change activities on assigned projects by appropriately applying the Marsh Change Management Methodology and best practice techniques. This includes:

* Assisting in developing a change management strategy based on a situational awareness of the details of the change and the groups being impacted by the change.
* Identifying potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns.
* Conducting readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.
* Assisting in developing a set of actionable and targeted change management plans - including communication plan, stakeholder analysis and involvement plans and training plan.
* Supporting the execution of plans by employee-facing managers and business leaders.
* Creating and managing measurement systems to track adoption, utilization and proficiency of individual changes.
* Identifying resistance and performance gaps, and work to develop and implement corrective actions
* Creating and enabling reinforcement mechanisms and celebrations of success.
* Identifying and escalating issues in a timely manner, while ensuring remediation action plans are implemented
* Working with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan.
* Working with communication, training, HR and other specialists within the organization to formulate plans and activities to support project implementation.
* Assisting in the ongoing development of the Marsh project and change management methodology

What you need to have:

* Experience within a similar role ideally with exposure to the Insurance or Financial Services Industries
* Degree qualified in a business related field or formal change management certification
* Demonstrated knowledge of a formal change management methodology (e.g. ADKAR, Prince2 or PMBOK).
* Excellent communication skills as you will be working across several business unit
* Ability and willingness to work at all levels of the organization to ensure the successful implementation of change
