Location: Glenmont
Executive Administrative Assistant
Provided high‑level administrative support to the Center Director and the Center’s staff. Responsible for managing complex calendars, meetings, and shifting priorities as well as providing administrative and technical assistance to other departments, including Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule and coordinate meetings, travel, and high‑level events.
- Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison between executives, staff, and external partners.
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and newsletters.
- Track projects, deadlines, and follow‑ups to ensure nothing is missed.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgement.
- Identify ways to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
- Assist Human Resources with personnel information processing, computer input, reporting, and fringe benefit administration.
- Maintain logging and tracking of all Center contract deliverables, requests, reports, and correspondence.
- Draft, write, and proofread internal and external communications with the Corporate Office, Department of Labor, and outside organizations.
- Maintain systems and libraries in the Center.
- Provide administrative support to other departments and train clerical staff as needed.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
- Tech‑savvy with proficiency in office and productivity tools.
- Proactive mindset – anticipate needs before they are asked.

Schedule:
Monday through Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm.
