Location: Delanson

Growing company in search of a full-time administrative assistant/receptionist. This position requires someone that is a fast learner and who is friendly, positive, communicates well and has the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Must have experience in Microsoft Office. A real estate license and notary would be great, but not required. We are willing to train the right person.

Monday - Friday. A weekend may be necessary once in a while. Travel within a few hours occasionally throughout the year. Responsibilities:
Answer telephone calls. Manage email inbox. Greet and introduce guests and visitors. Answer inquiries from clients, vendors and managers. Gather and organize security pass requests, expense reports, and other forms. Manage requests for office supplies and facilities services. Learn our inhouse online auction platform program.
