Customer Service

Our client in Conklin, NY is seeking a dependable, customer‑focused Outbound Call Center Representative to join their team. In this role, you’ll contact existing customers to assist them with upgrading systems they previously opted out of.
This is not a sales position. Your goal is to provide helpful support, answer questions, and guide customers through a smooth upgrade process.

Walk‑in interviews are available at our local branch Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm at:

• $18.00/hr – competitive hourly rate

• Contacting existing customers to assist with system upgrades
• Providing clear, friendly communication via phone, email, or chat
• Accessing and updating customer accounts accurately
• Troubleshooting basic questions and escalating issues when appropriate
• Delivering an excellent customer experience with every interaction

• At least 1 year of call center customer service experience
• Ability to work on‑site in an office environment
• Ability to complete and pass a skills assessment
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced setting
• Reliable attendance and a high level of professionalism
