This position has second shifts mostly starting between 2:30pm - 3:30pm.
All schedules have either a Mon-Fri, Tues-Sat or Sun - Thurs work days.
Competitive pay with pay for any applicable call center experience, plus shift differential if applicable.
Orientation and Training:
Orientation and training for this position will begin Monday, August 26th. Must be able to meet full attendance for training up to 8 weeks. Training Is Monday-Friday. Paid training.
Responsibilities / Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalency is required
- Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries
- Troubleshoot and resolve product or account issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records
- At least 1 year of daily customer service and interaction
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
