Resident Engineer

• Supervise all activities of the project, and ensure full compliance to project plans and specifications and safety standards.
• Oversee inspection personnel.
• Ensure all reports, documentation, and payments are processed in an accurate and timely manner.
• Review contractor submittals for quality, compliance and completeness prior to forwarding to Engineer of Record.

• Degree in Engineering and a NYS Professional Engineer License.
• Minimum of eight (8) years’ construction management experience on wastewater and water treatment projects.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience working as a Resident Engineer on wastewater and water treatment projects.

• NY PE License - required

The pay range for this position in New York City is $170,000 - $208,000 per year. Base pay offered for this New York–based role may vary and can be higher or lower depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for a comprehensive range of medical, financial, and other benefits, depending on the role offered.
