Chief Engineer

Manage maintenance operations ensuring guest satisfaction, compliance with laws, and effective leadership of team.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with budgeting.
Schedule staff.
Manage inventory.
Oversee preventive maintenance.
Communicate with departments.
Maintain key security.
Manage contractors.
Oversee HR functions.
Lead communication programs.
Oversee emergency procedures.
Perform maintenance as needed.
Report safety issues.
Maintain clean work area.
Other duties as directed.

Qualifications

5+ years experience.
Effective communication.
Business operations knowledge.
Technical engineering knowledge.
Weekend/holiday availability.
Computer skills.
Adhere to environmental sustainability practices, including proper disposal of materials and energy-efficient maintenance procedures.
