The Treasury Sales Associate within the Non-Bank Financial Institutions organization is primarily responsible for providing sales support to Industry Sales Leads. You would be a vital coverage team member that plays an integral part in acquiring, managing and maintaining client relationships. This role allows an individual to develop over time for a successful career within the firm and to pursue more senior roles within the Treasury group such as a cash management sales position.

What

will you do?
  • Work with treasury sales on client proposals to identify appropriate Treasury solutions, perform cost/benefit analysis, competitive pricing and run profitability models.
  • Assist with client call preparation by creating relationship review materials, pitch books, account plans, and conducting customer research.
  • Develop and understand clients' Treasury cash management structure and objectives.
  • Coordinate with product partners to develop comprehensive Treasury solutions.
  • Develop and understand competitors' products and positioning within the client & market.
  • Work with treasury sales solutions throughout the sales cycle to manage pipeline and ensure services and pricing are set up timely and accurately.
  • Coordinate with internal partners to ensure successful implementation, product ramp‑up and accurate pricing/billing.
What do you need to succeed?
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant banking or cash management experience.
  • Required experience in a sales, account management, relationship management, or other client‑facing field.
  • Strong understanding of Treasury and Cash Management and foundational knowledge of treasury services and products used by large institutional clients.
  • Strong drive/ambition to develop into an individual contributor salesperson.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to mobilize internal networks and resources.
  • Time management, organizational and planning skills with proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word) and superior analytical and quantitative skills.

The good‑faith expected salary range for the above position is $110,000 - $135,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company‑matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance;

and paid time‑off plan.
