Position: Transfer Pricing Senior Analyst - $100K+
Location: New York

We service our clients primarily in the New York Metro area, as well as nationally through our AAFA network (45 financial staffing affiliates throughout the U.S. and Canada).

Join a leading fintech company as a Transfer Pricing Senior Analyst, where you’ll play a hands‑on role in executing global transfer pricing operations, compliance, and planning. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning complex calculations, partnering closely with accounting and tax teams, and contributing to global tax initiatives in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain global transfer pricing calculations, booking schedules, and year‑end true‑ups.
  • Partner with accounting teams to ensure accurate transfer pricing entries, reconciliations, and timely tax data reporting.
  • Prepare quarterly and annual transfer pricing data for tax provision and planning projects.
  • Draft transfer pricing documentation and reports, including appendices using benchmarking data from external advisors.
  • Prepare and support Country‑by‑Country Reporting (CbCR) and Pillar Two data validation and public disclosure requirements.
  • Maintain intercompany agreements and support internal and external transfer pricing audits.
  • Support tax planning initiatives, including fair market valuations, legal entity rationalization, restructuring projects, and modeling scenarios.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and leverage technology (e.g., SAP S/4

    HANA, Power BI, Alteryx, Excel) to improve efficiency and data quality.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2-4+ years of experience in transfer pricing, international tax, or a related tax function (Big 4 or in‑house experience preferred).
  • Strong working knowledge of transfer pricing concepts, documentation requirements, and intercompany transactions.
  • Experience supporting tax provisions, audits, and cross‑functional stakeholders (tax, accounting, legal).
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP S/4

    HANA, Power BI, or Alteryx is a plus.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
