Late-Stage Tech VC Associate

Manhattan Venture Partners is looking for an Associate to join their team in New York. This role is perfect for someone eager to dive into the venture capital world and learn about evaluating private late-stage growth technology investments. You’ll be involved in transaction execution, research, and building relationships in the industry.

• Help with transaction execution, including due diligence and financial analysis.
• Research technology trends and market developments.
• Develop investment theses and create research presentations.
• Support the investment pipeline and maintain internal trackers.
• Assist with quarterly and year-end investment valuations.

• 1-2 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Venture Capital.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills.
• Excellent presentation and research abilities.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AI tools.
• A passion for investing and a desire to learn.
