Finance Project Manager

Joining a creator-led growth agency that operates at the intersection of creators, performance, and systems, as their creator programs scale, payments aren’t just back-office; they’re production-critical.

We’re looking to speak to Contract Project Managers to specifically own the end-to-end creator and contractor payment workflow. This role is the operational backbone of the agency – ensuring every invoice is accurate, every payment is on time, and every detail is traceable. You’ll start by running the system, then evolving it; tightening workflows, reducing errors, and building the structure that lets us scale.

Core responsibilities include payment operations, contractor & system management, communication & issue resolution, audit, documentation & compliance, process improvement and reporting. You’ll run the full invoice lifecycle from approval through to payment, manage the finance inbox, maintain a traceable audit trail, identify patterns and reduce payment exceptions, onboard contractors, maintain clean records and produce monthly creator spend reports.

You’ll have clear experience in contractor payments, AP, or similar workflows, and you’re systems-minded with a strong attention to detail and comfortable in high-volume, fast-moving environments.

Agency experience would be beneficial – especially in the creative/digital/tech space – but not a must!
