ADP is hiring a HCM Service Consultant III
.
In this role, you will serve as ADP’s front‑line for solving complex challenges with clients that have more than 1,000 employees and use multiple ADP services. You will act as a consultant, add value, build trust, and provide timely resolutions to their requests. Your support may include training, navigation, troubleshooting, and recommendations for alternative solutions.
Your day will be dynamic, with varying inquiries that require technical activities, project contribution, and problem‑solving. You will collaborate with key stakeholders and become an expert in human capital management, focusing on Payroll/HR, Benefits, or Time based on the functional area you join.
Responsibilities- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues, exploring options and delivering solutions and best practices.
- Communicate and exceed client expectations, creating positive client moments and experiences through strong interpersonal skills.
- Educate clients and provide recommendations, leveraging ADP product knowledge to guide best practices and solutions.
- Travel (approximately 5‑10%) to client sites or ADP events and offices as needed.
- 3‑5 years of prior client‑service experience, preferably in a technology‑based environment.
- A college degree is desirable but not required; alternative experience may include military service, which is valued for its discipline and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience in HR, payroll, benefits, and/or time management.
The compensation for this role ranges from $25.91 to $51.88 per hour, with additional compensation options such as bonus, equity, or commissions available depending on location, skills, and experience.
