Vice President, SAP and Enterprise Solutions

Role Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for Pfizer’s SAP/enterprise solutions platform (Sales Ordering to AR; procurement to AP; Travel & Expense; SAP Business Analytics Cloud; over 100 SAP-based apps).
• Lead SAP transformation (incl. global supply capabilities in SAP) and process innovation across finance and supply chain functions.
• Oversee SAP program planning, implementation, migrations to cloud, upgrades, integrations; manage SAP system landscape and lifecycle (install/configure, maintenance, upgrades/migrations/decommissioning).
• Develop and execute technology/solutions strategy to support budget savings and long-term innovation roadmap.
• Lead teams of technology and industry process experts; foster agility, continuous improvement, and next-gen technology delivery (incl. automation/AI).
• Manage technology budgets; collaborate with stakeholders to drive adoption of process/technical changes; stay current on industry trends and best practices.

• Bachelor’s in Business/Engineering or related + 15 years’ experience.
• 10+ years in SAP leadership roles; broad module/process knowledge.
• Strong SAP process knowledge (Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement).
• Experience with SAP implementations/upgrades in global environments around SAP RISE; SAP S/4
  
  HANA + RISE.
• Cloud/SaaS knowledge; strong leadership, communication, and project management; manage multiple priorities; understanding of regulations/standards.

• Master’s + 13 years’ experience.
• Agile/Dev Ops/Design Thinking familiarity; strong analytical/data-driven decision skills.

• Hybrid schedule.
• Base salary: $274,000–$456,600; bonus target 30%; eligible for long-term incentives; benefits include 401(k) with matching, retirement savings contribution, paid time off, caregiver/parental leave, medical/dental/vision.
