Position: People Analytics, Associate Director
Location: New York

Overview

This is a high‑impact People Analytics role focused on building a scalable, trusted workforce data foundation to support strategic decision‑making. Reporting into the People Operations and Workforce Analytics leadership, you will act as a thought partner in shaping the People Analytics roadmap while leading the delivery of core reporting, governance, and insights.

Working closely with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Engineering, Finance, and senior stakeholders, you will translate business questions into clear metrics, robust data models, and executive‑ready dashboards. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys building from the ground up—defining standards, improving data quality, and delivering insights that directly influence workforce planning and organisational strategy.

The role offers high visibility and the opportunity to make a lasting impact by creating the analytics frameworks and foundations that will scale with a growing, complex organization.

Candidate Profile
  • 6+ years in People Analytics, including experience building or significantly evolving HR reporting frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments
  • Experience partnering with Engineering and Finance stakeholders
  • Experience in high-growth or financial services environments preferred
Technical & Analytical Requirement
  • Familiarity with data modeling concepts and the ability to define scalable analytics requirements
  • Experience with modern BI/Visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Sigma)
  • Strong understanding of HR systems (HRIS, ATS, performance, compensation) and the nuances of people metrics (headcount reconciliation, retention rates).
  • Ability to translate business questions into structured data solutions
  • Strong executive communication and data storytelling skills
