Pay: $26.00/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (overtime possible)

BG Staffing is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join a residential community in Brooklyn, NY. This is a great opportunity for a hands‑on leader with strong technical skills and the ability to manage maintenance operations efficiently.

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and supervise maintenance staff
• Assign and prioritize service requests, work orders, and unit turns
• Perform and assist with maintenance tasks as needed
• Ensure timely completion of repairs and upkeep of the property
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment for residents
• Monitor inventory and ensure proper use of tools and supplies

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a residential or similar setting
• Supervisory experience is required
• Strong working knowledge of:
  • Plumbing
  • Electrical systems
  • Carpentry
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
• Proficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Reliable and able to work overtime when needed
