Property Manager - Real Estate

World class Acquisitions, Development & Management firm in Manhattan is looking to add a Property Manager to their growing team. This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days in office.

• Conducting accurate tenant income certifications and recertifications.
• Maintaining meticulous records and submitting required reports to relevant agencies.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing their concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Managing lease agreements, move-ins, move-outs, and renewals.
• Handling tenant disputes and enforcing lease terms.

• 2+ years of experience
• Associates, BS, or relevant experience with HS Diploma or GED
