Posted 2 days agoSave this Listing---As a Woodworker, you will be responsible for constructing and installing cabinets and other custom woodwork. Your craftsmanship will help us maintain our reputation for exceptional quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings  - Perform machine operations: jointing, planing, shaping, ripping, re-sawing, and chopping  - Perform power tool tasks: drilling, routing, driving, biscuit/domino cutting  - Perform hand tool tasks: planing, chisel work, fastening, glue-ups  - Perform finishing tasks: grain popping, filling, sanding, and inspecting for quality  - Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials  - Assemble and finish cabinetry and furniture pieces  - Install cabinets on-site, ensuring precision and quality  - Assist with loading and unloading of materials and finished products  - Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines  - Maintain tools and work area in a clean, organized, and safe condition  - Provide informal guidance or support to junior team members as needed

Qualifications:

- Minimum (5) years of experience as a woodworker, cabinet maker, or similar role  

- Experience with fabricating high-end, residential, custom millwork is required  - Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and shop machinery  - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills  - Ability to work independently and as part of a team  - Good communication skills
