The Policy & Advocacy Associate will be responsible for: 1) designing and executing issue-based

CCF’s W.I.S.H. program. This is an eight-week advocacy training program for women affected by mass
incarceration, focused on issues-based education, storytelling, and working with advocacy partners in
NYC and beyond. The Policy & Advocacy Associate will have many opportunities to work on other issues
and programming currently ongoing, including, but not limited to CCF’s community-based work to
register individuals to vote through peer education and CCF’s advocacy at the federal level for access to
higher education for both currently and formerly incarcerated individuals. As CCF’s policy department
continues to grow the Policy & Advocacy Associate will play a critical role in developing the strategic
vision of the team moving forward.
