PT Stock Keeper - Bloomingdales WHB Concessions

Summary

Part‑Time Stock Keeper responsible for maintaining inbound and outbound merchandise and organizing back‑of‑house stock and supply areas for a luxury department store concession. The role oversees shipping and receiving, inventory processing, documentation, and supports loss prevention efforts. It contributes to controlling shortages and maximizing stockroom productivity through accurate inventory management.

• Manage inbound and outbound merchandise and maintain organized back‑of‑house stock areas
• Execute shipping and receiving procedures and manage associated paperwork distribution
• Receive merchandise from vendors and process inter‑store transfers, RTVs, and damages
• Handle client purchases, consignments, and charge sends to other locations
• Maintain comprehensive logs for all incoming and outgoing shipments
• Input and process authorized merchandise into the inventory system
• Maintain loss prevention standards and ensure proper ticketing and sensor protocols

• 2+ years of retail operations experience
• Experience managing a luxury retail stock room
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Ability to use inventory and store computer systems
