Job Description

Lab Responsibilities

* Conduct cell culture studies (shake flask to fed-batch bioreactor)

* Perform affinity chromatography & viral inactivation

* Execute cGLP cell banking for research use

* Ensure SOP compliance and report anomalies

Data & Reporting

* Analyze large datasets using statistical methods

* Draft technical reports to support commercial filings

* Present findings in cross-functional meetings

Team Collaboration

* Coordinate lab activities with scientific teams

* Provide technical support to Manufacturing for troubleshooting & improvements

* Participate in training activities

Qualifications

Education & Experience

* BS/BA in Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Cellular Biology, or related discipline

* Hands-on lab experience with cell culture and/or affinity chromatography

* Solid understanding of antibody manufacturing processes

* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point

Work Authorization

* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship

* Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Additional Information

Compensation

* $22.50 - $23.50/hour + $50 flat-rate shift bonus for weekend shifts

Schedule

* Full-time, 1st shift, Wednesday - Saturday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
