As an Operator – Surveillance, you will be the person spotting threats before they escalat[e] in a security operations center.
Schedule and LocationGlobal Command Center Supervisor – Full‑Time, Monday‑Friday 7:00 am – 3:00 pm, Manhattan, NY.

- Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity using Genetec.
- Document observed events and incidents; write detailed reports.
- Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
- Control access to secure areas and verify identities of visitors using CCURE 9000.
- Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions.
- Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies.
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
- 2+ years working in a command center, SOC, and/or GSOC environment.
- 2+ years working in a command center, SOC, and/or GSOC environment as a supervisor.
- 2+ years working with Genetec Video Software and CCURE 9000 Access Control.
- New York Security License required.
- Interact with sites in multiple countries / multiple states.
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Strong report writing skills.
- Strong proficiency with technology.
