As an Operator – Surveillance, you will be the person spotting threats before they escalat[e] in a security operations center.

Global Command Center Supervisor – Full‑Time, Monday‑Friday 7:00 am – 3:00 pm, Manhattan, NY.

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity using Genetec.
• Document observed events and incidents; write detailed reports.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Control access to secure areas and verify identities of visitors using CCURE 9000.
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions.
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

• 2+ years working in a command center, SOC, and/or GSOC environment.
• 2+ years working in a command center, SOC, and/or GSOC environment as a supervisor.
• 2+ years working with Genetec Video Software and CCURE 9000 Access Control.
• New York Security License required.
• Interact with sites in multiple countries / multiple states.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong report writing skills.
• Strong proficiency with technology.
