As a Security Officer Patrol Field Agent in Brooklyn, NY
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy government transportation location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support the public with strong customer service and communication. Fri 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout transit-related locations, public access areas, and perimeter points to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, platforms, concourses, and/or other assigned areas while maintaining awareness of authorized access, suspicious behavior, and policy violations.
• Support location operations by communicating with site contacts, documenting security-related activity, and assisting with crowd management, directions, and general public assistance as needed.

• A valid New York State Security Guard License is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver s license will be required for driving positions only.
