Pritchard Industries is seeking a skilled and dedicated Apprentice to join our team. The Apprentice will assist licensed operating engineers with daily operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems.
Responsibilities
* Assist licensed operating engineers with daily operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems
* Perform preventive maintenance tasks under supervision
* Monitor mechanical, electrical, and HVAC equipment and report irregularities
* Maintain accurate logs, reports, and maintenance records
* Follow all safety protocols, union standards, and building procedures
* Participate in on-the-job training and required union coursework
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / LICENSES
* High School Diploma of GED Equivalent
* Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Life Safety Systems
* Posses and maintain a valid driver's license and safe driving record.
Benefits
* Salary: $17.33 per hour
* Schedule:
Full-Time Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
