Grand St Settlement Inc. is seeking a Social Worker for the Justice Mentoring Initiative in New York, NY. This full-time position focuses on providing intensive case management, counseling, and advocacy for at-risk youth involved in the juvenile justice system. With a focus on individualized service plans, the Social Worker will support youth through crisis intervention, goal setting, and access to essential wraparound resources.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, has at least 2 years of relevant experience, and demonstrates excellent communication and counseling skills. Benefits include a competitive salary within the $68,000 - $70,000 range per year.
