About

The Role

Nevly is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer III for its Nevly Money (the “Product”) Infrastructure Team (the “Team”). We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer that will help establish the Company’s QA practice. From initial requirements to product launch, it is integral to ensure that everything works according to specification. By joining the Team, you will take part in various projects, assess software quality by designing and implementing testing processes, and own code quality through exploratory and automated tests.

You will hunt bugs, identify issues, report them, and see that they are dealt with.

Position Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze requirements, specifications and technical design documents, providing timely feedback.
  • Develop detailed, comprehensive and well‑structured test plans and test cases.
  • Prioritize and plan testing activities.
  • Play the role of test engineer: design, develop and execute automated tests.
  • Identify and report issues found and verify that issues are resolved.
  • Perform regression testing.
Position Requirements
  • 6+ years’ experience in testing and debugging web and mobile applications, including platform/browsers, testing approaches and techniques.
  • Experience working as a QA engineer using Java – Selenium.
  • Experience with bug tracking and collaboration tools (e.g., Linear, Jira, Confluence).
  • Experience with server‑side testing.
  • Experience testing complex multi‑component systems.
  • Experience with API testing tools, sniffer tools, browser dev tools (Fiddler, Charles, Postman, Swagger).
  • Experience in documentation creation (checklists | test cases).
  • Experience in analyzing data using SQL queries and related tools.
  • Experience in using CI/CD processes and basic workflow understanding.
  • Demonstration of creativity and initiative to improve product coverage and effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication skills (presentation, verbal, and written) and interpersonal skills.
