Senior Associate Data Analytics

Position: PGM Marketing Analytics, SMB Business Development, Inc., 300 Continental Drive, Newark, DE

Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday

Hybrid work: 2 days per week within a reasonable commuting distance of the Newark office.

• Support analytics initiatives, gather and analyze data, generate insights, and contribute to data‑driven decision making.
• Conduct data analysis, modeling, and reporting to deliver insights and recommendations.
• Gather, clean, and prepare data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Develop models and forecasts to support business planning and decision making.
• Create presentations on findings and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Create and maintain data documentation, dictionaries, and standard operating procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of data quality and data management processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Two (2) years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or closely related role.
• Master’s degree accepted.
• Experience with SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI), SAS, and Microsoft Excel.
