Electro-Mechanical Industrial Maintenance Technician 3 – Night Shift

Shift

Hours:

7:30 PM – 6:00 AM. Weekends required for shutdown maintenance. Overtime and holiday work may be required.

Hourly Pay Rate: $30.00–$35.00 DOE with $1.25 shift differential.

• Production Support (15%): respond to all maintenance requests, train technicians on setup and troubleshooting, assist to maximize production output and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs (35%): diagnose mechanical, electrical, network, and computer problems; make timely repairs; use parts and operational manuals.
• Preventative Maintenance (35%): inspect machinery daily, document problems, schedule work, perform preventative maintenance per plan and record.
• Administrative (10%): inventory control of parts, record maintenance activities, train new technicians.
• Housekeeping/Other (5%): clean work areas, perform assigned tasks.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
• 3–5 years electro‑mechanical experience on high‑speed automated industrial machinery.
• Hands‑on knowledge of mechanical/electrical machines, industrial controls and I/O, computers, schematics, blueprints.
• Ability to perform Level A, B, C preventive maintenance and diagnose faults.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Computer literacy:
  Windows, Microsoft Office, Inventory and manufacturing software.
• Strong written and verbal communication, time‑management, organizational skills.
• Must work nights, weekends, 12‑hour rotating schedule, overtime, and call‑in duties.
