Beauty Concierge - Christiana Fashion Center Rack

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers
• Assist customers with cosmetic inquiries and products, and provide a variety of other services
• Provide customers and employees with information and directions regarding the cosmetics area
• Serve as a general store resource for customers and employees to support store operations
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Make deliveries to customers

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and customers
• Ability to suggestively sell and connect customers to salespeople
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills

Continuous movement for 6‑8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching; handling merchandise and assisting customers; frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling; handling items that may be awkwardly shaped and lifting items up to 10 pounds routinely, up to 25 pounds occasionally.

$16.55 – $17.25 hourly (dependent on location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience).
